	The meeting will be held in the suburbs of Lyon (France) on the DOUA Campus at: Université Lyon I Doua campus CPE Amphitheater 20 av Albert Einstein Villeurbanne France For detailed instructions on getting there, follow this link. A list of hotels is is available here. Early registration date is December 1st, 2002. Please see the conference agenda for more details. A social event is organized in the evening of January 16, 2003.

	Information for contributors
	Speakers To minimize time in presentations switching, all presentation will be uploaded on a site computer. Please send your presentation (PowerPoint or PDF format) to francoise.hannecart@cec.eu.int before january, 10 2003. Posters A room will be available for poster presentations during the two days of the workshop, from 9h to 19h. We are providing support for posters of a maximum size of 90cm (width) x 120cm (height) [A0 format]. The support will be set so that the poster is displayed vertically. Demonstrations The room for demonstrations will be open from 9h to 19h on january 16th and 17th. As a demonstrator, you will be provided a table, power sockets, one Internet connection and support for one poster of maximum size A0 [90cm (width) x 120 cm (high)]. It is up to you to bring all the necessary equipment you need to best demonstrate your work. Your computer must be configured to retrieve a dynamic IP address through the DCHP protocol. Please note that no static IP address will be provided. For security reasons, all inbound (from the standpoint of your demonstration computer) IP traffic will be filtered out, so your computer can not be reached from the outside network. The outbound traffic will be allowed on any port.

	Getting to the meeting
	An interactive map of the University is available here. Click on the 'La DOUA' site, north-east of Lyon. The CPE Amphitheater is labelled 'CPE' at the top of the interactive map, in the grey buildings. How are you coming? Coming by plane, from the Lyon St Exupery airport: A Taxi will drive you to the University in approximatively 25 minutes or, Take a bus (Satobus in Terminal 1, departure every 15 minutes) to "gare de la Part-Dieu" train station. Change for Tramway line T1, direction "IUT Feyssine". Stop at "Université Lyon 1". Walk east 100 meters along the tram rails and turn left on "rue Fermini". The CPE buildings are 100 meters further on your right, at the corner of "rue V. Grignard". Expect 1 hour 15 minutes, or more at rush hours. By train: From "Perrache" or "Part-Dieu" train stations, take Tramway line T1, direction "IUT Feyssine". Stop at "Université Lyon 1". Walk east 100 meters along the tram rails and turn left on "rue Fermini". The CPE buildings are 100 meters further on your right, at the corner of "rue V. Grignard". (approximatively 30 minutes from Perrache and 15 minutes from Part-Dieu). By car: Coming from "Rocade Est": exit on 1B, follow "Croix Luizet" then "domaine scientifique de la Doua". Coming from "Boulevard périphérique L. Bonnevay": exit on 6 "porte de Croix Luizet" then follow "domaine scientifique de la Doua".
